Where are my credits/refunds for a Tournament?
Your chip stack during a tournament is a gauge of your remaining funds for that specific tournament. These chips are not equivalent to real money value and do not reflect your cash account balance. You cannot cash out of a tournament midway through. You play until you are eliminated or win the poker tournament. At the conclusion of a tournament, all payouts will be added directly to your True Poker account.
Registering for a tournament and then unregistering before the registration period ends, buy-in is will be immediately credited back to your account.
Registering but not showing up for a poker tournament, or leaving mid-game, your seat will still be dealt cards and your blinds paid from your stack. This is also the case when you lose the connection to True Poker at your end – your character will appear translucent and green to others in the game, and you will fold each hand, even those where your character bets the blinds. This is called being “blinded off.” When registering for a tournament, you accept this risk.
